Full payment is required to confirm enrollment in any course or private session.

Refunds are not available once the course has begun.

If a cohort is canceled due to minimum enrollment not being met, a full refund will be issued.

Private sessions must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance.

Missed sessions are non-refundable.

All sessions are conducted online via Zoom.

Specific IELTS band scores cannot be guaranteed.
